Refunds are handled under Paddle's rules and mandatory law. Except where those rules, an express offer or law require otherwise, we do not promise prorated refunds for unused time. Nothing here restricts statutory withdrawal, refund or consumer rights.
To request a refund, contact Paddle through the receipt or customer portal for your purchase. You can also contact hello@nuntoapp.com for help identifying the purchase and reaching billing support. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund previous charges.
